We offer free shipping to all of our customers which means that unfortunately sometimes shipping can take a while. Depending on the time of year and the popularity of the product, expect to receive your product between 1-3 1/2 weeks of your order being placed, if you have any concerns about your item not arriving please feel free to contact our friendly support team. 

We have fulfillment centers around the world which means that depending on the item you order it may not come from America. Please be aware of this when placing your order and consider the shipping time accordingly

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another autoated email with shipping information.

We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through the USPS & OTHER tracking website. Due note that it takes 3-7 days for the tracking information to be updated to their website

Unfortunately shipping fees are not refundable. 

Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing / defective / not part of your order, you must contact our customer care department within two days of receiving and let us know.  

Our fulfillment centers are located around the world which means that unfortunately sometimes items can be shipped from different locations which is unavoidable. Please be patient and your other items should arrive within the next few days

We always try to source for the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in damage to your product while in transit.

If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER  imgcustsvc@gmai.com  let us know your problem and please don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue.

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

Please note that the tracking information will be available  2-5 days after being updated.

Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. 

Unfortunately you cannot do this as it would result in us losing money on some products.

Yes you can! We allow coupons to be used on all of our discounted items as a show of goodwill to our loyal customers

You will be unable to purchase the item at the lower price. If you're afraid of missing out then subscribe to our email list which can be found at the bottom of our home page or email us directly for a special discount!

If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email Customer Service Manager  imgcustsvc@gmail.com   within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
